Sept 13th , we packed and picked up a rental car to head for Wichita. The thrill for that 10 hour trip was the detour that took us over the highway bridge where we had anchored just a couple of nights ago…looked pretty cool from that direction too!!!…

That evening we hosted Happy Hour…though some had to get there in a dinghy..then the restaurant sent a van to transport us crazy Loopers. though they acted like that was normal!!!

We started out first if you can believe that…but they caught up with us at the lock leading into Barkley Lake. We all arrived at Green Turtle Bay safe and sound. We went straight to the fuel dock…where we made that marina extra happy…we had 25 g…

Same dead tree we spotted last trip through…though those are probably different buzzards…though maybe not!!!
